ASHVILLIAN SUMMER PARTY - 2008
Saturday July 5th is the date to reserve for the lunch time get-together and the
giant evening party at School, and our AGM at 3.00pm.
FRIDAY
The weekend starts on Friday with Speech Day at the Harrogate International Centre. All OAs and guests are invited to
attend by the Headmaster.
SATURDAY
There will be a lunch-time get together at School. Last year the Pimms tent provided free by the Society for OAs
and Staff proved very popular. It is being repeated in July ! The evening bash is gaining quite a reputation as
the place to be for the party.

SUNDAY
Morning service in the Memorial Hall and OAs v the School XI at cricket. BrIng the family and a picnic.

- ELMFIELD HOUSE - SOCIAL REUNION (open to all OAs)
Elmfield's foundation stone was laid on September 18th 1937. The House was opened in 1938.
To celebrate we are holding a dinner at School on SATURDAY NOVEMBER 8th 2008 and the Society would especially like all
past members of Elmfield House to attend if possible.
MARK HANSON, head of Elmfield House, is organiser. Catering will be by the School.
Please let the Membership Secretary know if you were in Elmfield House. ALL OAs welcome to attend.
Meet outside the Head's study on NOVEMBER 11th at 10.00 for 10.15. Service with the School in the Soothill Hall then
Wreath laying about 11.00am at our Memorial.
